September Neonatal Month

Hello fellow tea enthusiasts! When asked to write a blog I was truly honored as one of my favorite identities is a tea drinker. However, I was extremely hesitant at the idea of writing something. (I am an RN that has a love for babies and not writing). I accepted the challenge due to my passion for these organic loose-leaf teas.

Funny enough I drank bagged loose-leaf teas for years. My Irish Nana, and mother only drank hot tea. I have shared many cups of tea with my nana, mother, children, grandchildren, friends, family, and coworkers during good and tough times. Somewhere along the way I began to dabble in specialty teas and never settled on a brand until now. I was fortunate to be served loose-leaf teas in Ireland, India, and Africa. I wanted organic tea for health reasons, with great flavor and consistency. That is why I recommend 50cups, my favorite are the Earl Gray and English breakfast tea.

Over my forty years of nursing, I have seen huge strides in neonatal medicine, however these parents, siblings, families, and healthcare providers need extra love and support. These tiny warriors’ journeys are all unique, amazing to witness, filled with wonder, some miraculous. And some with happier outcomes than others.

I have done my best! Cheers to my fellow tea drinkers!
